Contact lenses
Contact lenses
An exam, a fitting and a follow-up, so your lenses suit your eyes, not just your prescription.
A contact lens fitting is a separate step from an eye exam. The doctor measures the front of the eye, chooses a lens and checks how it sits and how your eye responds.
What we fit
Soft lenses for most prescriptions
Lenses for eyes that need more than a standard fit
Trial lenses to wear before you decide

The steps
A fitting takes about half an hour on top of the exam.
- 01
An eye exam
To check your eye health and your prescription before we fit a lens.
- 02
The fitting
Measurements, a trial lens and a check of how it sits.
- 03
Trial lenses
You wear them for a short time, and tell us how they feel.
- 04
Follow-up
A recheck once you have worn them, and the final prescription.
Your prescription is yours
Your prescription is yours. We give you a copy after your exam and fitting, and you can fill it anywhere.
We give you your contact lens prescription when the fitting is finished. If a seller calls to verify it, we confirm it.
Billing and what to bring
How it is billed
The fitting is separate from the exam. Your vision plan may pay toward it. If we treat an eye problem from lens wear, that goes to medical insurance.
How fees workWhat to bring
Your current lenses and their case
Your glasses
Your vision and medical insurance cards
